Welcome to Togah Boutique (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, customers and users of the Togah Boutique website. By using our site, you agree to comply with all applicable Australian laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page for updates.

2. Products & Availability

All products listed on our website are subject to availability.
We make every effort to display colours, fabrics and details as accurately as possible, however variations may occur due to screen displays or lighting.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update pricing at any time without notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods offered at checkout.

Orders are only confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order. Customers will be notified immediately.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer Australia-wide and international shipping.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once an order has been dispatched, Togah Boutique is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen parcels

  • Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

Customers are encouraged to lodge enquiries with Australia Post or the relevant courier if issues arise. We will assist where possible.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Store Credits

We offer returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all tags still attached

Sale items (including flash sales, archive sales, discount codes, and final markdowns) are strictly final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the item is faulty.

Store credits are valid for 12 months.

For hygiene reasons, accessories and undergarments are non-returnable.

6. Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos and a description.
We will assess the item in line with Australian Consumer Law and offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

7. Order Cancellations & Amendments

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that changes (including address updates) can be made.
We are unable to cancel orders once they have been processed or dispatched.

8. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
They are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Togah Boutique website — including images, designs, branding, product photography, descriptions and logos — is owned by Togah Boutique and must not be copied, replicated or used without written permission.

10. Privacy Policy

We collect personal information needed to process orders, provide customer support and improve our service.
Your information is kept secure and will not be shared with third parties except where required for order fulfilment or legal compliance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Any disputes will be dealt with in the courts of Victoria.
