How To Request A Return
To request a credit or exchange, you must notify us in writing via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following details:
- Order ID – Receipt
- Return Reason
- If you're exchanging an item, please include the product name, colour and size you would like to exchange for
- If you’re requiring an e - voucher please state so.

Physical Returns to Shop Front

Return by booking a collection through TOGAH;
We will send you a payment request to have one of our trusted Couriers to collect your item. You will need to print the label and have the item safely packed and label displayed.
Collections Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (it is recommended someone be home, as missed pickup will incur further costs to you.)

Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to TOGAH. TOGAH will not issue an exchange or Credit on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.

The timeframe of your return is important due to the popularity and seasonal demand of our product. Please note, if we have not heard from you within 7 days of placing your order, we cannot accept your return.
Any returns outside the above terms cannot be accepted back to our store. Please consider these terms to avoid disappointment.
TOGAH reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled,altered,washed, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair, perfumes or scents on the fabric. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a credit
Full priced items –
Eligible for an exchange or online/ in store credit.
Exchanges are subject to availability. Exchanges can be made for items of the same value of your original purchase. The replacement item will be charged at an additional cost to the customer when sending the item back with our postal service.
Due to hygiene reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for earrings and other bodily worn jewellery.
Please wear undergarments when trying on swimwear and do not remove the plastic protective film. Returns of swimwear will not be accepted if this film has been removed or the garment has been soiled.
Please try on all footwear on a carpeted surface before general wear. Returns of footwear will not be accepted if the product has scuffmarks or the original show box is damaged.
Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on headwear.
Items that are on sale or purchased during a promotion are eligible for an exchange/change of size, unless the item is faulty and meets the criteria for a refund.
Final Sale items
Items discounted by 50% or greater. Please choose carefully as Final Sale items are not eligible for return or credit unless faulty. If you have any questions regarding a Final Sale item please contact our Customer Care Team.
Credit Notes & Vouchers
Credit Notes – A credit note with TOGAH is valid for 8 months; as a part of our new policy updated 1st of Oct 2020.
Your credit is you’re responsibility we cannot alter or honor an expired credit note once it has expired.
Customers who contact us on email@example.com before expiration date may be assisted in extensions, which will be to the discretion of the Online Team.
Gift vouchers - In compliance with ACCC we have our gift vouchers valid for 3 years. Please keep this safe and used like Cash, if lost we cannot retrieve the information.
Please note that our store credit codes are unable to be used in conjunction with any other discount codes in the checkout.
Faulty / Incorrect items
We are so sorry if your purchase is not perfect!
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a brief description of the fault/incorrect item. Images of the fault or incorrect item would be highly helpful.
Products that have a major/minor faults may be returned for a refund, credit note or an exchange for another item. Often these items are either repairable or can be replaced for you and will be at the decided upon the discretion of our quality control team.
We are unfortunately unable to offer a refund if you have simply changed your mind. All garments are quality checked prior to shipping and are sent in New Condition. Refunds will be only issued if the garment is deemed as faulty or contains a major manufacturing fault in accordance with the ACCC.
If the manufacturer deems an item as faulty it will incur a full refund.
Refunds are reversed onto the original form of payments, i.e. AfterPay account or credit card used. Depending on your credit card provider, refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank statement. The total amount of the refund will be minus any shipping charges (we do not refund the shipping fee).
