CLICK & COLLECT

Click & Collect allows you to order online and pick up your purchase free from the TOGAH Flagship  store. We will send you a Ready for Collection email when your order is ready. See store opening hours here. Order during store hours and your order will be ready in 3 hours.

To check that an item is available for Click & Collect select your item online and proceed to purchase if it is available to purchase from the Product Details page.

You can modify your Click & Collect order at any time by contacting the Customer Service team on store@togahboutique.com

Step 1.Browse products and check availability online 

Find your product, select your items and size

Step 2. Add to bag and head to checkout.

Add the products to your shopping bag and make sure you select ‘Click & Collect’ from the Shopping Bag page before proceeding to checkout.

Step 3. Choose our Flagship Store and complete your order.

From the checkout page, select pickup and complete your order. Make sure that all the items you have added to your shopping bag are available upon checkout

Step 4.We’ll confirm your order.

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes details of your order and where to collect it instore. You will also receive an email when your order is ready to collect.

Step 5. Pick up your order.

Now all you have to do is collect your order! All Click & Collect orders can be collected from the Front Desk at our Flagship Store. When collecting your order instore please make sure that you bring the following: The Credit Card used to purchase, Valid photo ID# and Your order number.

If you have nominated someone other than yourself to pick up the order we may require contact with you prior to releasing your order.Click & Collect orders will be kept for 30 days from the day you’ve placed your order. After 30 days your order will be cancelled and a credit note will be issued.

 

Valid photo ID includes Drivers Licence, Passport, Blind Citizens Card, Proof of Age card or Police, Government or Armed Services identification card.

No, Click & Collect is a complimentary service.

Click & Collect orders will be kept for 30 days from the day you’ve placed your order. After 30 days your order will be cancelled and we will contact you to arrange a credit note. Please communicate any delays on collecting your order.

You can pick up your order at the Front Desk of our Flagship store details of which can be found here, please provide ID

Yes, they can. You can nominate someone else to pick up your order during the checkout process. If you’re sending someone else to pick up your order they need to bring: their own valid photo ID and the order number. If you have nominated someone other than yourself to pick up the order we may require contact with you prior to releasing your order. You can do this by emailing us the full name of the person collecting on your behalf prior to its collection.

On occasion an item instore may be damaged or missing and we will only find out when we pick your order. Although this does not happen often, we will contact you to arrange a refund or replacement item in this instance.

Yes. If an item is not quite right we will happily exchange or credit the item for you in line with TOGAH Return Policy when you arrive instore. Read more about TOGAH  Return Policy.

Click & Collect orders will be kept for 30 days from the day you’ve placed your order. After 30 days your order will be cancelled and we will contact you to arrange a credit of the order value. Please contact the Customer service store@togahboutique.com  if you’re unable to collect in that time frame.

If you wish to change your mind and have your order posted out to you, this can be done anytime. Simply contact the store@togahboutique.com after placing the order. A small fee may be required for postage.
